Remember the good old days of the Firm, and all, well we'll probably never be able to get that back but at least we can get Do or Die 2 by AZ, set to be released this Summer.

The album is AZ's first official release since his 2008 album Undeniable.
Additionally AZ announced that he will launch HeyAz.com, a new interactive website to promote his new releases as well as other projects.
"There are two types of people in the world, trend-setters & trend-sweaters,” AZ stated.
According to AZ, artists will be able to distribute their music through the rapper's new website as well.
Doe or Die 2 is AZ's eighth official album and is slated to be released in the summer of 2010.

The IRS filed a $119,821 lien against Evans on Feb. 16 with the Los Angeles County Recorder of Deeds.
The state of New Jersey filed a $204,000 lien against Evans on Oct. 30, 2008, with the New Jersey State Superior Court.

MediaTakeOut.com received a very DISTURBING report this morning. Kendall Berry, the 22 year old junior running back from Florida International University was MURDERED at the Modesto A. Maidique campus of the University last night.
According to a Miami-Dade spokesman Detective Baez, Kendall and another man were seen arguing outside a recreation center about 9 p.m. Then according to witnesses, the man Kendall was arguing with PULLED A KNIFE and stabbed him to death.
So far police have a few suspects, but they are looking for WITNESSES that know ANYTHING. Please contact the Miami Dade Police department if you have any tips.
The University issued the following public statement:
`"Our thoughts and prayers go out to Kendall's family. We are here to support them and our entire university community as all of us come to terms with this tragedy.'"

Appeal Set for Max B
Incarcerated rapper Max B (Charly Wingate) has been granted an appeal on a robbery and murder conviction last September that sentenced him to 75 years in prison.
Max was found guilty of felony murder, kidnapping, conspiracy, aggravated manslaughter, and armed robbery after his ex-girlfriend Gina Conway testified that he masterminded a 2006 heist that left one man dead.
According to Conway, the rapper and his stepbrother Kelvin Leerdam targeted two men (Allan Plowden and David Taylor) for robbery at a NJ Holiday Inn because they carried around large sums of money.
Taylor was duct-taped, and Plowden was killed instantly execution-style with a shot to the head.
Max B was not present during the crime, but was implicated based on Conway’s testimony. She received 18 years in exchange for her testimony. Leerdam also received a life sentence for his role.
Max’s manager Joli O’Shay released a statement advising that her client is going to exhaust all available options to overturn the verdict.
According to French Montana, a close friend of Max B.'s, the incarcerated rapper is keeping his spirits high.
"He [is] hanging in there," French Montana told AllHipHop.com. "You know the judge just gave him a date. He about to give him a date to go back to court, so keep prayers up, that’s all you can do. They try to sabotage rappers. You know it is what it is man. Free Max B!"
Max B has remained active despite his sentence, releasing the mixtape Wave Gang 4 earlier this year.
False Advertisement- is a NO NO
A writer for German magazine Neon has been fired for printing a story that claimed Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce Knowles were bound by a “marriage contract.”
The magazine admitted to doubting the credibility of a series of articles published by writer Ingo Mocek, who claimed Bey and Jay-Z had a $10 million dollar wedding contract.
The article also implied that Beyonce was not enamored with “white music producers.”
"We assume that the interview did not take place as claimed," said the magazine in a statement. "We sincerely apologize to Ms. Knowles and her management for all personal inconvenience that may have arisen due to the publication of this interview."
Interviews with rapper Snoop Dogg and singer Christina Aguilera have now been called into question by Neon as well.
According to reports, Mocek was fired over the articles.

I need some commentary on this from you guys. Once again the master of marketing and promotion has struck. Can it ever be said that he doesnt speak his much? NEVER. And is that not the point of it all like my man Anthony Hamilton says. I think thats whats missing in hip hop- people being candid, and honest. I remember the 2003 Get Rich or Die trying 50 Cent. Thats whats made people gravitate to him; he said whatever he wanted. And for the record I am a JAY Z fan to the death, and this may be seen as a slight to him, but you have to recognize game when its in front of you. A winning formula if you will. We miss that 1990's feel in rap. Dont get me wrong I am a fan of the new school, the Wale's the Drakes, the Young Moneys the Gucci's but this is when rap when hitting. When people could go on Flex and go in, when Monday Night Mixtape was anxiously awaited, and when Kay Slay took you to where you needed to be. Thats my remedy, however cliche it sounds, any opposition to this proclamation?

This Cant be life
MediaTakeOut.com just received word of a DISTURBING crime. MTV Award winning video director Aswad Ayinde, who directed The Fugees' "Killing Me Softly" video, was arrested earlier this week. The MONSTER was charged with fathering six kids with his daughters from the mid-1980s to 2002.
Lisa Squitieri, the New York prosecutor handling the case, revealed Aswad faces five trials, one for each daughter he allegedly raped. In all, dude has 27 charges against him including aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, lewdness, child endangerment, aggravated criminal sexual contact and criminal sexual contact.
In all, the animal had 15 children, 9 of whom ere from his ex-wife. The NY Daily News managed to catch up with his ex-wife Beverley, who said the following, "He said the world was going to end, and it was just going to be him and his offspring and that he was chosen."
This story is just too sickening . . . \
I had to put this up, this is certified SMH, WTF, all the above. Where do they do this at? Unaccepable- I never heard of nothing like this.

R.I.P Corey Haim
Corey Haim, a 1980s teen heartthrob for his roles in “Lucas” and “The Lost Boys” whose career was blighted by drug abuse, has died. He was 38. Haim died at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, Los Angeles County coroner’s Lt. Cheryl MacWillie said.
“As he got out of bed, he felt a little weak and went down to the floor on his knees,” Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said. His mother called paramedics.
Haim, who gained attention for his roles in “Lucas” and “The Lost Boys,” had flulike symptoms before he died and was getting over-the-counter and prescription medications, police Sgt. William Mann said.
“He could have succumbed to whatever (illness) he had or it could have been drugs,” Mann said. “He has had a drug problem in the past.” Haim acknowledged his struggle with drug abuse to The Sun in 2004.
“I was working on ‘Lost Boys’ when I smoked my first joint,” he told the British tabloid.
“I did cocaine for about a year and a half, then it led to crack,” he said.
Haim said he went into rehabilitation and was put on prescription drugs. He took both stimulants and sedatives such as Valium.
“I started on the downers which were a hell of a lot better than the uppers because I was a nervous wreck,” he said. “But one led to two, two led to four, four led to eight, until at the end it was about 85 a day.”
In 2007, he told ABC’s “Nightline” that drugs hurt his career.
“I feel like with myself I ruined myself to the point where I wasn’t functional enough to work for anybody, even myself. I wasn’t working,” he said.
The Toronto-born actor got his start in television commercials at 10 and earned a good reputation for his work in such films as 1985’s “Murphy’s Romance” and his portrayal of Liza Minelli’s dying son in the 1985 television film “A Time to Live.”
His career peaked and he became a teen heartthrob with his roles in the 1986 movie “Lucas,” and “The Lost Boys,” in which he battled vampires.

The Big Homie is losing his mind again. Just when we thought it was all good- redeemed relationship and family status, headlining gospel concerts, avoiding violence (dropped out of the MMA bout in Vegas sometime this fall)- he goes and does this.
Sex on The First Date
Arguably one of the most beautiful women of all time- Miss Stacey Dash, has recently been the topic of much discussion, from her showing up on the arm of Jamie Foxx at the Oscars, to her being a WML, White Man Lover as some would say. Oh yeah and before i pass on, the suspicion behind her and Jamie showing up together is that each one wants to hide the fact that they date solely outside of the race. To each his own is my thought on that, love is love. But um the reason we are here today is to talk about- Sex on the first date- which is a sticky subject which can go either way. Miss Dash admitted to Jamie Foxx on his foxxhole radio show that she always has sex on the first date because, "If the sex isn’t good, I’m not going to marry you.” Wow. Thats not bad at all, and very strategic (wink) Who am I to argue with that.
But I guess I have to open it up to the public and see what everyone feels. Me being the man that I am Ive never been one to expect sex on the first date, I always thought it was something that occurs when the time is right. but hey maybe I'm wrong. Let Stacey dash tell it...Does anyone else agree or disagree. Lets see what relationship expert JJ Smith has to say on the subject.
